Matters needing attention
1. Articles prohibited from circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;
2. Explosive, inflammable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic and other dangerous goods;
3. Reactionary newspapers, books, Windows or obscene articles;
4. Various currencies;
5. Articles that are harmful to public health;
6. Perishable articles;
7. Live animals (except bees, silkworms and leeches whose packaging can ensure the safety of the Courier and staff);
8. Improper packing, which may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment;
9. Other items that are not suitable for postal delivery.
The compensation
The post office shall not be liable for compensation under any of the following circumstances:
1. Due to force majeure (except for bonded mail).
2. In violation of the prohibition or restriction on Posting, the goods sent by the post shall be confiscated by the competent authority or disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. When the mail is delivered, the package is intact and there is no trace of disassembly, and the recipient has signed and received it according to the prescribed procedures, and the recipient later finds that the inner part is short or damaged.
4. Loss or delay of mail due to the customer's responsibility or the goods sent.
5. The client has neither inquired nor made any claim for compensation from the date of delivery of the mail to the expiration of the period of inquiry.
6. International mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the state in accordance with its domestic laws.
In case of partial loss or damage, compensation shall be made only according to the extent of loss and damage. Freight charges shall not be covered。
The amount of final compensation shall be subject to the amount of the post office.
